Company overview

TrAMPoline Pharma, Inc. is a cancer-focused, clinical-stage biotechnology company headquartered in Aurora, Colorado, developing personalized cell-based immunotherapies for solid tumor cancers, which account for roughly 90% of all cancers. The company's lead therapeutic candidate, MightyTIL™, leverages its proprietary coR8:Amp™ platform to produce gene-engineered Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes (TILs) with enhanced T-cell receptor binding and signaling. This approach drives stronger activation and killing of cancer cells, improved persistence, and reduced T-cell exhaustion compared with unmodified TIL therapies. TrAMPoline was co-founded by Eduardo Davila, PhD, who serves as Chief Scientific Officer, and is led by President and Acting CEO Richard Duke, PhD. The company holds an exclusive license with the University of Maryland, Baltimore (established in 2019) and has received NIH National Cancer Institute SBIR/STTR funding. It is advancing MightyTIL™ toward a Phase 1 clinical trial in partnership with the Gates Biomanufacturing Facility at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
