The Route Sales and Service Representative combines delivery, customer service, and sales to service Jordan Valley Health's commercial customers and help grow the JVH commercial laundry business.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivers clean laundry, linens, and rental products to commercial customers.
- Picks up soiled laundry and used rental inventory.
- Maintains accurate customer stock levels and delivery quantities.
- Builds strong relationships with customers.
- Provides excellent customer service and communicates service concerns to management.
- Identifies opportunities to add products or services to existing accounts.
- Identifies and develops potential new commercial customers.
- Completes delivery paperwork accurately.
- Keeps the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
- Assists with laundry operations when needed.
- Promotes effective working relations and works effectively as part of a team.
- Attains all agreed to goals and objectives within specified time frames.
- Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors and fellow employees.
- Promotes the education and development of students, interns, residents, apprentices, and other new staff.
- All other duties as assigned.
