Job description

This is a new, multifaceted role within the Sales Enablement/Marketing team. You will work closely with our Account Management team and commercial leadership to develop and implement sales enablement and marketing campaigns, including creating impactful full-funnel content in support of the commercial salesforce.

The primary focus of this role will be on distributor/reseller channel partnerships, which requires channel knowledge combined with strong marketing communications skills. In this role, you will own the client-facing communications and campaigns that drive our sales outcomes, and you will be the central liaison who enables sales with compelling sales tools, inspiring ideas, collateral, marketing communications, content, and field marketing activities.

What You'll Do

  • Initiate, create, and implement best-in-class enablement content and communication campaigns, fulfilling the "right message, right time" strategy.
  • Participate in sales enablement strategies and marketing initiatives, with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM), to support the sales team in achieving targets.
  • Create and maintain sales content and materials, including customer-facing pitch decks, capability overviews, promotional and customer training videos, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with the scientific sales team and strategic third-party partners to develop scientific thought-leadership content.
  • Align messaging and content with overall commercial sales strategies and the organization's messaging and positioning.
  • Define key performance metrics, monitor the performance of campaigns and enablement materials, and use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize them.
  • Distribute leads to the commercial sales team.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in field marketing, sales, sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and a portfolio showing experience creating, setting up, coordinating, and executing campaigns or sales enablement initiatives.
  • Professional experience in the life science industry is strongly preferred, with at least a basic understanding of chemistry and drug discovery and development processes.
  • Experience using data-driven B2B marketing to position and sell complex products and services.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all materials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex concepts simply and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and the ability to work independently while working remotely.
  • Flexibility to collaborate across US and European time zones.
  • A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or business is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
