The Scientific Applications Support Intern is responsible for providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to Scientists and Specialists by assisting with data review, maintaining documentation and knowledge resources, and generating reports and support metrics.
Job description
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide day-to-day support to Scientists and Specialists.
- Update internal knowledge base, documentation, and training resources.
- Generate reports and analyze support metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology)
- 0–2+ years of laboratory, research, internship, customer service, or technical support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review, organize, and maintain accurate data and documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
