Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish metrics for throughput, predictability, cycle time, quality, release performance, testing effectiveness, resource utilization, and capacity; turn insights into action.
  • Remove bottlenecks, simplify processes, expand automation, and drive adoption of standard ways of working.

Governance & Leadership

  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture and the Design Authority to reinforce standards, Clean Core, and cross-functional solution integrity.
  • Hold delivery partners accountable for quality, documentation, controls, performance, and knowledge transfer.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA delivery lifecycles and dependencies across configuration, development, integration, security, Basis/platform, data, testing, and release management
  • Proven experience with demand management, estimation, capacity planning, portfolio governance, resource allocation, and delivery performance management across concurrent initiatives
