The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct focused analytics and performance measurements of sales field teams to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues
- Support field leadership by providing analyses and insights that inform business decisions and strategic priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
- Execute sales operational projects including targeting, territory alignment, and performance tracking activities

- You hold a Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field
- You bring strong experience in the commercial pharmaceutical or biotech industry with proven analytical capabilities
- You demonstrate proficiency in advanced statistical techniques and analytical tools, translating complex data into strategic insights
- You excel at managing multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining knowledge of business, legal, and compliance requirements
