Job description
What will you be doing?
- Designing and implementing software for robotic and computer assisted surgical applications
- Developing, documenting, and executing tests to ensure software performance, reliability, and safety
- Prototyping and innovating solutions that improve system accuracy, usability, and performance
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, clinical, and research partners
- Contributing to technical discussions and solving complex problems across project teams
What will you need to be successful?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3 plus years of experience developing large scale C++ applications in Linux or Unix environments
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts
- Experience with software development tools such as Git, JIRA, Make, and CMake
- Knowledge of applied linear algebra, UI or graphical application development, and data analysis tools such as MATLAB
Requirements
