What You'll Do
As a Spa Concierge, you will help create a seamless and relaxing experience for every guest.
- Greet and welcome spa guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage spa reservations and appointments using the spa booking system
- Answer phones and assist guests with spa services and retail products
- Provide information about spa treatments, promotions, and amenities
- Process guest check-ins, payments, and retail purchases
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and reception area
- Support therapists and spa team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with Mandara Spa standards
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
- Comfortable answering phones and assisting guests in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn booking systems (Book4Time experience a plus)
- Retail or spa experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
