- Own the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning process, building driver-based models reflecting test volume, payer mix, reimbursement rates, and unit economics across lab developed tests (LDTs) and IVD kit-based offerings.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, translating financial results into clear narratives on revenue, margin, and cash flow performance for the CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board.
- Partner with commercial, lab operations, R&D, and billing/reimbursement teams to evaluate new test launches, pricing and payer strategy, and investment decisions, applying rigorous scenario and sensitivity analysis to support key tradeoffs.
- Apply AI and automation tools to forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and data modeling to increase speed and accuracy while reducing manual effort.

Founded in 2013 as a collaboration with the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic, the company specializes in developing novel blood-based tests that provide greater clarity in cancer diagnosis. Their flagship product, IsoPSA, is a groundbreaking prostate cancer test that has received FDA approval and demonstrates significantly higher specificity than traditional PSA tests, reducing unnecessary prostate biopsies by up to 55%. The company's proprietary technology measures structural differences in proteins to determine if biomarkers originated in cancer cells, enabling more accurate risk assessment and early detection of high-grade disease. With a team of scientific and medical experts from diagnostic, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries, Cleveland Diagnostics is focused on creating simple, affordable, and life-changing tests that help physicians and patients detect cancer early when it is most treatable. The company has secured substantial funding, including a recent $75 million financing round, and has established strategic partnerships with major diagnostic laboratories like Quest Diagnostics to expand patient access nationwide.
