  • Support commercial readiness across pricing and market access, product setup, distribution planning, order-to-cash, forecasting, supply planning, sales enablement, customer support, and marketing deployment.
  • Work downstream of product readiness teams to identify, assess, escalate, and help mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints that may impact commercial readiness.
  • Partner with regional marketing and country teams to understand localization needs, country plans, launch sequencing, regional priorities, and global timeline dependencies.

  • Contribute to improved launch frameworks, playbooks, templates, dashboards, tools, governance routines, and best practices.

What makes you successful

  • Highly organized, influential leader who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and can manage competing priorities and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong program management capability across planning, governance, risk management, issue resolution, dependency management, and executive communication.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional commercialization, product launch, or go-to-market initiatives.

  • Balance strategic thinking with operational rigor, creating visibility, accountability, and alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Anticipate risks and proactively implement mitigation plans and corrective actions to protect launch timing, quality, compliance, and commercial readiness.
  • Proficiency with program management and reporting tools enabling clear, accurate visibility into milestones, program health, and portfolio delivery.
