What You'll Do
- Partner with the business divisions and function leaders and AI liaisons to capture value drivers, targets, and prioritized use cases, and translate them into product requirements.
- Own and maintain a rolling roadmap of the product's capabilities, mapped explicitly to the high-strategic-value use cases each capability is meant to support and enable.
- Prioritize and sequence capability investment by the strategic value and enablement impact of the use cases it unlocks.
- Scope technical feasibility jointly with AI/Agentic Engineering and Applied Data Science leads before committing capability to the roadmap.
- Own the outcome of shipped use cases post-launch, sharing accountability with the division's business liaison for hitting the value target.
- Represent the business's needs in cross-functional roadmap sequencing.
- Mentor and technically develop junior team members.

- Strong technical fluency to scope feasibility directly with engineering leads.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills; comfortable owning outcomes shared with a business-side partner.
