Summary

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the daily execution and coordination of the site supply chain, including procurement, production scheduling, material availability, and inventory replenishment. This role ensures that materials are available to support the production plan and customer commitments while operating within the targets, policies, and budget set by the Director, Supply Chain. This leader directly manages the Procurement and Production Scheduling teams and owns the daily operating rhythm of the supply chain—purchase order placement and expediting, supplier performance management, shortage reviews and recovery plans, and short-term capacity balancing. This position requires a hands-on operator—someone who is comfortable in the details, drives accountability through daily KPI management, and coordinates effectively across Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, and Customer Service to keep the site running smoothly.
