Summary
The Senior Technician Production Operations for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for following established operation procedures, maintaining appropriate training records for your role, sustaining a smooth flow of material, and the execution of work orders to on-time completion.
Job description
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Independently execute work regarding buffer and reagent preparation using good laboratory practices; assistance in other areas as needed
- Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements
- Apply basic analytical skills or scientific methods to perform daily tasks
Requirements
- Must have an AA degree with 2+ years of experience, or a bachelor degree
- Chemistry experience within a wet lab setting, demonstrating good laboratory practices
- Must be able to lift at minimum 50 lbs and push and pull on a steel cart 1000 liters (~2,200 lbs)
- A regulated industry preferred (e.g. FDA, ISO)
- Previous experience with SOPs, Tech-Specs, and GDP
