Job description
Essential Functions
- Assists with coordination of event logistics, including materials, freight, and shipping
- Coordinates hotel room blocks and individual reservations for event attendees, including courses
- Coordinates with appropriate teams for delivery of event materials in a timely manner, including literature, display models, and A/V
- Inspects and maintains display materials, including equipment and literature
- Coordinates materials list for trade shows, courses, and remote events
- Schedules carrier pick-ups to and from events
- Travels to events occasionally
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require
Education and Experience
