  • Deliver assigned instructor-led training independently or with co-trainers, in person or virtually, using approved curricula and adult-learning practices.
  • Coordinate training for Crisis Care, Crisis Residential, Behavioral Health Urgent Care, Sober Support, Mobile Crisis, Crisis Line, and other RCC staff as assigned.
  • Partner with RCC managers and supervisors to develop new-hire learning plans, identify training prerequisites, and verify completion of required training before independent work where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records, rosters, attendance, certificates, competency documentation, and other required training evidence.
  • Monitor due dates, expirations, missed classes, and overdue training; provide timely reminders and escalation reports to supervisors and Training leadership.
  • Prepare routine training compliance dashboards and status reports by employee, unit, course, and deadline; support audit and accreditation readiness.
  • Collaborate with clinical, nursing, medical, safety, security, and other subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and coordinate approved crisis-specific instruction, simulations, and drills.
  • Assist with development, revision, and distribution of training materials, job aids, presentations, and evaluations, subject to established curriculum approval processes.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, completion data, and competency results; recommend improvements and corrective training plans.
  • Communicate schedule changes, cancellations, training requirements, and completion expectations promptly to RCC leadership and staff.
  • Provide training technology and registration support, including virtual learning platforms and learning-management-system troubleshooting within assigned access.
  • Participate in Training Team meetings, RCC operational meetings, professional development, and other duties as assigned.
