Job description
- Full-time opportunity to join an established team of physicians and advanced practitioners serving the Quad Cities area at our clinic and hospital in Illinois
- Opportunity to practice outpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinic
- Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences
- Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients and the community
- Full-time position including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
Responsibilities
- Average patients per day varies depending on clinic/OR schedule, approximately 25-34 patients per day
- 1 day or 2-1/2 days in the OR and 3 days in the clinic
- OR's at Trinity Moline Hospital, Bettendorf Hospital and Trinity Rock Island
- Da Vinci XI at each hospital and a Procept Hydros Robotic System with Aquablation at Trinity Rock Island
- Call requirement: 7 days per month, remaining days covered by Urology partners
- Office procedures: bladder botox, cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, stent removal, vasectomy, etc.
- Ability to work as a team member and improve the health of the people and communities we serve
- Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
- Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Illinois and Iowa
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician's field of practice
- Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
- J-1 waiver sponsorship available
